The 29-year-old Australian architect–turned–wife and muse of Kanye West was spotted out in an ultra-revealing outfit in which she eschewed a top in favor of bandage-like halter suspenders that only covered her nipples.

The curvaceous beauty was seen exiting a van with a male friend Gadir Rajab that had chauffeured her to a restaurant where she was meeting the 47-year-old rapper for dinner.

After alternating between her raven tresses and platinum-dyed locks, Bianca rocked messy bubblegum pink hair that reached down to her shoulders in seemingly sweaty tendrils.

She debuted the colorful look earlier this week while spending time in France with her husband, but the messy look got largely negative reviews from fans on social media.

Bianca was first seen with her candy-colored hair at the PROTOTYPES Menswear spring/summer 2025 show in Paris on Wednesday.

Her risqué outfit on Thursday night appeared to be of a single piece.

She had on a pair of beige low-rise shorts that reached down to the top of her knees, but they were actually constructed of strips of beige tape wrapped around her legs, and slight gaps between the strips opened up as she walked toward the restaurant.

Tucked into the pants was the single strand comprising her suspenders, which ran behind her neck halter style left almost nothing to the imagination.

The outfit, one of Bianca’s most revealing to date, highlighted her flat midriff and trim arms and legs.

She completed the minimalist look with a set of matching beige open-toe heels with clear plastic straps.

Bianca was heading to the popular restaurant Gigi Paris to meet her husband Kanye.

It was a surprising move for her to continue wearing nearly explicit outfits, as she previously put herself in danger of violating indecency laws during an earlier trip to Paris in February.

At the time, she had worn a set of sheer stockings with no underwear that seemingly exposed her nether regions.

Although her hitmaker husband wasn’t seen with her as she made her way to the restaurant on her own, he had accompanied her the day before when she debuted her pink hair at the PROTOTYPES Menswear spring/summer 2025 show.

Unlike some of her earlier extreme hair-color changes, Bianca appeared to have opted for a wig, based on the odd way her hair was draped over head, and some of her short mane appeared to peak out at her hairline.

The twisted strands also didn’t appear to have the same texture as natural hair.

Although she technically covered up more of her chest on Wednesday with her beige body suit, it was sheer enough to expose much of her top half.

As usual, Kanye contrasted his wife with a white sweatsuit.

The Flashing Lights rapper has largely given up on the balaclavas and full face masks after wearing them extensively in the last few years, but he wore a throwback to those edgy looks with a white mesh mask that completely hid his identity.

Bianca’s new pink locks received a largely negative review from fans on social media on Wednesday.

Some fans slammed the look as ‘atrocious’ and ‘horrible.’

‘She’s delusional if she thinks that’s a good look — it’s absolutely hideous,’ one person wrote.

Another person opined that ‘Her hair looks melted, fried…horrible.’

One user blasted Bianca, saying, ‘The more outrageous they try to be, the more boring they become.’

In addition to getting negative reviews, the pink hair didn’t dissuade social media critics who have accused her of copying Kanye’s ex-wife Kim Kardashian, as she has previously worn pink hair, as has her sister Kylie Jenner.

A CBS News/YouGov survey released Sunday found that, among likely Biden voters, twice as many were motivated by opposition to former President Trump as by support of the president, 54 percent to 27 percent.

An additional 19 percent of likely Biden voters said they were motivated to back the president simply because he is the Democratic nominee.

But the Biden team is adamant that the campaign won’t be solely about blasting Trump — even as it insists the 45th president poses a clear and present danger to American democracy. 

The Biden argument is that the campaign need not be an “either/or” choice between hitting Trump and defending the president’s record. It will do both, aides say.

Many polls show American voters dissatisfied with the two major party nominees this year, but Biden could still succeed by turning the election into a referendum on Trump, at least in part. 

The same CBS poll showed the election essentially tied. In it, Biden had a 1-point edge across the seven key battleground states, but Trump was up by 1 point nationwide.

Those results are a slight improvement from recent polling averages that had shown Trump with a small lead. The CBS poll also showed the number of Biden supporters likely to vote for him out of antipathy toward Trump had ticked up. 

The share of Biden voters who said anti-Trump sentiment was their main motivation rose 7 points since March. The former president’s recent conviction on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records — and the ample publicity that his trial received — could have played a part in moving those numbers.

The Biden campaign is certainly putting plenty of effort into warning voters about the perceived threats Trump poses if he were to win a second term.

But advisers say the campaign is also putting particular emphasis on first-term accomplishments that have had a concrete effect on Americans’ daily lives, such as the $35 per month cap on the price of insulin for seniors and a broader limit on out-of-pocket prescription drug costs, also for seniors. 

The Biden team is also emphasizing infrastructure investments, support for minority-owned businesses and other measures.

Simultaneously, Biden’s team has recently dinged Trump in ads for reported comments that were disrespectful to veterans — some of which Trump denies making — as well as for an odd aside during a Nevada rally on Sunday.

At one point in Las Vegas, Trump appeared to gesture toward someone in the crowd and said, “I don’t care about you. I just want your vote. I don’t care.” The clip was repurposed into an ad posted on Biden’s account on social platform X. It accrued around 2.1 million views in its first six hours online.

Biden has also repeatedly alleged that Trump and “extreme MAGA Republicans” pose a unique danger to the nation.

Some Democrats say there is no tension at all between the two approaches. Democratic strategist Mark Longabaugh noted that any electoral coalition is likely to be “motivationally broad” — that is, encompassing people who vote for a candidate for any number of reasons.

“People who want to vote for Biden because they can’t stand Trump are perfectly fine,” Longabaugh added.

But he also acknowledged that Biden faces a number of challenges that could dent enthusiasm at least among some voters, from the economy to the conflicts in Gaza and Ukraine.

“There are a whole lot of issues for the Biden campaign that make this election difficult — prices, inflation, the economic piece, the housing piece and having two overseas conflicts that are very difficult to deal with. Those are much more important challenges.”

Other Democrats worry that the White House has not sold Biden’s record of domestic achievements during his years in office up to now — an error that, they suggest, now leaves his campaign playing catch-up.

“The problem that Biden has — and he’s had it for quite a while — is that they haven’t done a very good job of letting the American people know exactly what his record is,” said Jerry Austin, a Democratic strategist with experience in presidential politics going back to the 1980s.

“Now with six months to an election, they are trying to remind people of what he’s done and that is falling on deaf ears.”

But Austin acknowledged that Trump’s entire approach necessitates taking him on head-on.

“All they need to do is take Trump at his own word,” Austin said. “They don’t have to amp it up, they don’t have to edit it. He says things like, this is about revenge. I don’t remember anybody in my lifetime running for president for revenge.”

Republicans, meanwhile, contend that an anti-Trump campaign will not work the way it did in 2020 — for the basic reason that, after one term of Biden, there are plenty of voters with frustrations about the incumbent.

Memories of Trump furors while in office — notably, his handling of the COVID-19 pandemic — are far less salient this time around.

GOP strategist Ron Bonjean, asked about a Biden campaign with Trump at its center, demurred, “It worked last time but it may not work this time because people aren’t happy with what they’ve seen from a Biden presidency.”

In the polling average maintained by The Hill and Decision Desk HQ, Biden’s job approval stood at 41.1 percent Monday evening, with 55.1 percent disapproval.

Those numbers have to be shifted, or Trump’s lowered, before Democrats feel more confident of victory come November.

In response to Biden’s comments, the Kremlin on Thursday said they were a “huge disgrace” for the United States.

Biden also criticized former President Donald Trump’s comments likening his legal troubles to the death of Russian opposition leader and Kremlin critic Alexey Navalny. The president paraphrased his predecessor’s comments before telling the attendees that “if I stood here 10 to 15 years ago and said all this, you’d all think I should be committed.”

“He’s comparing himself to Navalny and saying that because our country’s become a communist country, he was persecuted, just like Navalny was persecuted. Where the hell does this comes from,” Biden said, according to reporters in the room. “If I stood here 10 to 15 years ago and said all this, you’d all think I should be committed. … It’s astounding.”

In stark contrast to Biden and other Western leaders, Trump, the 2024 Republican presidential front-runner, has yet to condemn Russia or Putin for Navalny’s death.

In recent weeks, Trump has also indicated several times that he would not defend a NATO country from a Russian attack if the country doesn’t meet spending guidelines on defense — a comment Biden slammed as an “admission that he intends to give Putin a green light for more war and violence”

Trump “is making it clear that he will abandon our NATO allies,” Biden added following the former president’s comments earlier this month.

When asked about the US president’s comments by a reporter for state-owned network Russia 1, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, “I can say that such rude statements from the head of the U.S. state are unlikely to offend in any way the head of another country, especially President Putin but this is a huge disgrace for the country, I mean for the United States of America.”

“So, if the president of such a country uses such language, it should be shameful,” he added.

“Clearly, Mr. Biden is demonstrating behavior in the style of a Hollywood cowboy to cater to domestic political interests.”

At a second fundraiser in San Francisco, Biden called Republicans in Congress the “party of chaos and division” and said they are “worse” than Strom Thurmond, a former South Carolina senator who ran for president as a segregationist in 1948.

“I’ve been a senator since ‘72. I’ve served with real racists. I’ve served with Strom Thurmond. I’ve served with all these guys that have set terrible records on race. But guess what? These guys are worse. These guys do not believe in basic democratic principles,” Biden said according to the pool traveling with him. “Time and again Republicans show they are the party of chaos and division.”

Biden also sought to draw further contrast with Trump, telling attendees that nine heads of state have told him, “You’ve got to win” in November.

“As I walk out of meetings, a head of state will find an excuse to come up close … and say, ‘You’ve got to win.’ Not because I’m so special. ‘You’ve got to win because my democracy is at stake if the other guy wins.’ Nine heads of state have done that with me,” Biden said, according to pool reporters.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi attended one of the fundraisers where the president was introduced by venture capitalist John Doerr, according to the White House.

Biden is expected to appear at another campaign event Thursday in Los Altos Hills, California, before returning to the White House in the evening.

“I’m not an Insurrectionist,” Trump wrote on Truth Social, specifically pointing to his comments on Jan. 6 in which he encouraged supporters to march to the Capitol “peacefully and patriotically.”

Trump also claimed Biden is an insurrectionist and a threat to democracy, continuing a pattern in which the former president accuses his opponents and critics of the same thing he is accused of doing.

In a Tuesday ruling, the Colorado Supreme Court in a 4-3 decision affirmed Trump engaged in insurrection by inflaming his supporters with false claims of election fraud and directing them to the Capitol — preventing him from a second White House term under the 14th Amendment’s “insurrection clause.” 

Trump supporters violently stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, to try to stop the certification of Biden’s victory in the 2020 election.

Trump’s campaign has said it will appeal the Colorado ruling.

Biden on Wednesday declined to weigh in on the court’s decision or on whether Trump should be removed from the ballot. But he said it was “self-evident” Trump supported an insurrection.

“Whether the 14th Amendment applies or not, we’ll let the court make that decision,” Biden said. “But he certainly supported an insurrection. There’s no question about it. None. Zero. And he seems to be doubling down on it.”

While sexual harassment allegations led to Cuomo’s ousting from office in August 2021, there was a lingering controversy over his ill-fated policy in March 2020 ordering nursing homes to accept COVID patients in order to prevent overwhelming New York’s hospital system. That led to the deaths of over 4,100 nursing home residents. 

During Friday’s “Overtime” segment on YouTube, Maher read a viewer question posed to Cuomo asking whether he would have done anything differently during COVID. 

So you allowed people who had been in the hospital – older people, from a nursing home, now they go to the hospital to go back into the nursing home without testing them,” Maher said. “ProPublica says you were the only state to do it without testing them when they went back into the nursing home. And that’s what caused the death in the nursing homes. Is that true?

“No, the short answer is no.” Cuomo responded. “First, this is Monday morning quarterbacking by which I could make the New York Jets champion, right, if we’re gonna do this. When COVID started, it was – all of the disinformation was amazing, right? It was coming from China, wet market, zootrophic virus, it was going to California and the state of Washington so we banned travel to China, from China. It turned out that China had already spread it to Europe. All the European flights were coming to New York, JFK. So it had been here for months and it was astronomical. When we first found out about it… they were projecting we would need 150,000 hospital beds to deal with the number of infected, we only had 50,000 in the entire state of New York.”

“You did it to free up beds,” Maher said. 

“We were afraid of losing hospital beds,” Cuomo said, “but people who were in hospitals who were considered medically stable, who were tested, were sent to nursing homes if the nursing home said they could treat that person in a way that protects the other people in the nursing home. And that was a way to make sure we had enough hospital beds.”

The HBO host then mentioned how the Cuomo administration did not accurately count the number of COVID deaths in nursing homes by saying those who were rushed to the hospital from a nursing home with COVID and died in the hospital counted as a non-nursing home death. 

Maher noted that Cuomo’s critics believed the miscounting was “deliberate.”

“Well, let me now get weedsy with you,” Cuomo responded. “Every day I did a briefing and every day we collected information from the hospitals and from nursing homes, and we print the two numbers on the screen every day. This is the number of people who died in the hospital. This is the number of people who died in a nursing home, which means you had to go back every day to 1000 hospitals, nursing homes to collect this data… They then raise the question who said ‘Well, how many died in a hospital who were originally in a nursing home before they went to the hospital?’ That’s a different question. And that actually took the state controller a year to figure out and go back and do the audit.”

“So, you wouldn’t do anything differently,” Maher interjected. 

“I would run that number now, which nobody asked me for until months later, but it would have been, you know, this is in the middle of COVID,” Cuomo answered. “And you’re asking all these people to do accounting, but if that’s a number that people would have wound up wanting, which they didn’t say for months, Bill, I would have put that number for upfront in the beginning.”

few days after the third Democratic debate, a movie producer of some renown was in his car, at a quarter past 7 p.m., on the 405 freeway in Los Angeles. There was a lot of traffic, and he was late for a dinner party off the Sepulveda Pass. We started talking about the Democratic primary, and when I asked him whether Joe Biden had the stamina to win the nomination and, ultimately, the White House, he laughed uproariously. “Fuck no,” he said. “Only septuagenarians in the Palisades think that. Everyone else knows he’s the Titanic.” When I asked whether he’d go on the record, he laughed louder. “Of course not. I have the utmost respect for the former vice president.”

The producer’s sentiment is a tidy encapsulation of how many in the Democratic donor class are thinking about Biden these days, in Hollywood and beyond. The former vice president raised just $15.2 million last quarter, fully $6 million less than he raised in the previous quarter. The subtext is clear: Donors are fond of Biden, in a dutiful sort of way, but they’re increasingly worried that he might get clobbered in the general.

Fears of a Biden meltdown, coupled with a brutal GOP war of disinformation, have spawned a search, increasingly frantic, for an Alternate Biden—someone who can win a large majority of moderate Democrats and progressives and reclaim Obama–Trump voters in the Upper Midwest. “Joe Biden can do this tomorrow with his eyes closed, but there is real fear, real concern,” said Ken Solomon, president of the Tennis Channel and one of Barack Obama’s Southern California fundraising-committee cochairmen in 2012. Barry Porter, a managing general partner of Clarity Partners, a private-equity shop headquartered in Beverly Hills, said, “Who is the alternative, should Joe Biden fade? There is concern that, if he fades, who’s next? The Ukrainian thing is only throwing accelerant on that concern.”

There are no Alternate Biden front-runners. Instead, there’s a constellation of moderate- to moderate-ish maybe-presidents, all men, waiting for Biden to implode. They include nonentities like Montana Governor Steve Bullock, outsiders like tech entrepreneur Andrew Yang, and noncandidates like former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg. Perhaps the highest-polling Biden alternative is South Bend, Indiana, Mayor Pete Buttigieg, who is very much in the race and actually has a path to the nomination, albeit an unlikely one.

Then there’s Colorado Senator Michael Bennet, a perennial favorite among a certain generation of Democrats, who is now polling at 0% in Iowa. Bennet was scheduled, on September 26, to attend a fundraiser at Porter’s Brentwood home. Cohosts included Solomon; Jeff Shell, chairman of NBCUniversal Film and Entertainment; producer Matt Tolmach and his wife, director Paige Goldberg Tolmach; City National Bank chairman Russell Goldsmith; and entertainment lawyer and screenwriter Carol Fuchs.

At the last minute, Bennet, a Senate Intelligence Committee member, had to postpone his California trip so he could be at a briefing on the Ukraine scandal. That night, he caught a late flight to L.A., and the next morning, he met with three separate groups of supporters—at Porter’s office, the Brentwood home of writer and producer Alan Grossbard, and an office in Century City. Of the 75 who had been expected at Porter’s the night before, 40 came to hear Bennet talk about his very uphill battle to win the nomination—not so shabby given that all these people are scheduled to death.

“I think Michael Bennet may be Abraham Lincoln,” Solomon said. “He’s not so flashy, but he’s actually the right guy. He may be the one, because we are so fractionalized.” Porter added that Bennet has “a groundswell of support among people who are either influential in the party or the business world, or are simply sitting on the sidelines for now.”

The strategy of all the candidates who have yet to get much traction appears to be the same: place in the top three in the February 3 Iowa caucus and generate a ton of buzz, money, and momentum.

A prominent Democratic bundler scoffed at the Alternate Biden camp. “We found an alternative to Biden,” the bundler said. “Her name is Elizabeth Warren, and it’s the elites in the party, in L.A. and New York, who don’t like her, people who think the wealth tax is going to be unpopular. Guess what? It’s not.”

The US diplomat has been facing a chorus of Arab calls to support an immediate ceasefire. Foreign ministers from Qatar, Saudi, Egypt, Jordan and the United Arab Emirates met Blinken in Amman on Saturday and also urged him to persuade Israel to agree to a ceasefire. Blinken also visited Iraq on Sunday and held talks with the prime minister, Mohammed al-Sudani.

The latest manoeuvres come amid continued concerns for civilians inside Gaza, as the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) said they had divided the besieged coastal strip into two and the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported “unprecedented bombardment” by Israel.

Jordan’s military air-dropped urgent medical aid to a Jordanian field hospital in Gaza early on Monday, according to a social post from Jordan’s king and reports in state media. “This is our duty to aid our brothers and sisters injured in the war on Gaza. We will always be there for our Palestinian brethren,” King Abdullah said.

Local press reported that the fundraiser was billed as being for ages 15 and up, but that it was “not suitable for children.”

Libs of TikTok wrote that Anthony was spanked by the drag queen in front of children, but the Burbank mayor says there were no children present at the event.

“No children were in attendance,” Anthony told Fox News Digital. “All attendees were over 21 years of age.”

Anthony also said, “It has been confirmed that there were no attendees under the age of 21.”

The video of Anthony comes as California parents share their concerns with a new rule that could have their kids become wards of the state.

A California mom concerned about a new state measure requiring judges to consider whether a parent has affirmed their child’s belief that they are transgender during custody battles warned Sunday that the policy could have disastrous implications.

“This is the steady assault on family and children that we’ve been seeing this legislative session and throughout the past couple of years in California,” Nicole Pearson, a mom of three and a member of the newly-formed “Protect Kids California” group, told Fox News.

“If both parents are conservative, and they are not comfortable affirming their child, what does that mean? The way that we read the law is that both will be jeopardizing the child’s health, safety and welfare… does that mean that the state will find that both are endangering or neglecting or even abusing their child and remove custody from both parents? And if no one is available to step up and take custody of the child, that child becomes a ward of the state. 

People need to be paying attention to what’s happening here in California,” she continued.

The California State Assembly passed AB 957 on Friday, dealing a blow to parental rights advocates like Pearson who warned the policy could jeopardize parental custody rights because they disagree with the child’s decision to identify with a gender that does not correspond with their biological sex.

McConnell essentially told Democratic colleagues to back off after Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) announced this week that his committee will subpoena two businessmen who extended personal hospitality to conservative Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.

“What he’s targeting here is private citizens with no legislative purpose. I think it’s completely and totally inappropriate,” McConnell said at a press conference Tuesday.  

Durbin and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.), the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on the Federal Courts, announced Monday that the Senate Judiciary Committee will vote to authorize subpoenas for billionaire real estate magnate Harlan Crow and mortgage company owner Robin Arkley II, who provided hospitality to Thomas and Alito, according to media reports. 

ProPublica reported in April that Crow had treated Thomas to luxury vacations for more than 20 years and then reported in June that Arkley received Alito as a guest at his luxury fishing lodge in the Alaska wilderness.  

Durbin announced the committee will also issue a subpoena for Leonard Leo, the Federalist Society leader, who went on vacation with Thomas at Crow’s Camp Topridge resort in the Adirondacks, and who helped organize Alito’s fishing vacation in Alaska.

Durbin said on the Senate floor Tuesday that the subpoenas are “the next step in the committee’s ongoing investigation of the ethics of the Supreme Court.”

Durbin told The Hill that he expects to have enough Democratic votes in committee to approve the subpoenas.  

Durbin and Whitehouse defended the use of subpoenas to compel cooperation with their panel’s investigation into the Supreme Court’s ethics in a joint statement.

They argued that there aren’t any other steps for the committee to consider other than a “compulsory process” because of what they characterized as the outright defiance of legitimate oversight requests.

They noted the Judiciary Committee in July advanced the Supreme Court Ethics, Recusal and Transparency Act, a bill to require Supreme Court Justices to adopt a code of conduct.
